As an intermediate player I must admit my overblowing capabilities are limited and I'm still learning but I was able to get most overblows more easily than on my other harps and actually got couple ones I can;t even get on any other Hohners. I guess the learning curve is steep but this Torpedo is definitely helping me making big progress!
|Terry C. on 12/01/2020||I found the Torpedo to be very good. It is a definite improvement over my other regular diatonic harps. Over blows are a new goal for me that I feel this harmonica will help a lot with. The shipping and order process was very smooth and fast. Thank you for a great product!!!|

A great all-around harmonica that is easy to play and incredibly airtight.
|Stephen C. on 09/15/2020||I got this harmonica and I really enjoy playing it. Can’t say I’ve been able to figure out how to do any over blows yet. It’s very easily to play and sounds good.|
|Charles D. on 08/08/2020||This is just as.advertised. A great harp. I am a chromatic harmonica player trying to learn the blues harp. This harp makes bending and overblowing very easy to do. And the sound is vibrant and very nice. I recommend it.|
|My best harmonica|
|William S. on 06/27/2020||You provided an excellent well constructed product which lives up to all of your claims. I am very pleased and will buy more harmonicas from you. Thanks|

liked the easy response and bendability of the reeds. I'd buy a Custom shop model soon as they have even better quality plates and combs.
|Great harmonica...so far.|

One thing I like to see in a harmonica is that it has some substance to it... I like having a harp that feels a little heavier in the hand. The torpedo has a nice weight to it. It also plays pretty well. The fluidity and ease of play is superb. I will say, even though I’m not much of an overblower that with the Torpedo I was able to hit many of the overblows that were not readily available on some of my other harmonicas. Nice harp overall : )
|Josh P. on 05/07/2020||Clean, smooth, quality instrument!! I will definitely purchase another soon. Thanks Harmo!|

Decent product! I like the sound. So far so good. I use in the rack, acoustic and electric so it will get a work out. I would like to see a wood comb version with maybe a little more open covers. Blow and draw holes are smaller than i like but doesn't seem to be a detriment. All is good. ! DJB
Thank you David! We actually have wood comb models under Custom Shop. Custom covers are also more opened and much thicker.
|Daniel V. on 04/05/2019||Thank you for putting such a nice harmonica on the market. Being more of a blues player I enjoy the sound and tone very much. I'm also starting to get some overblows and am having a blast with it.|
|Top notch harmonica|
|Mike G. on 11/08/2018||The Torpedo is the most airtight harmonica I have ever played. You can tell it's manually adjusted. Out of the box harmonicas I own by some famous German brands don't even come close. I'll be buying some more.|
|Josh P. on 05/02/2020||Just received my new Torpedo today and absolutely love it!! When I first took it out of the case, it looked and felt like a quality instrument. I immediately played the low register notes and was surprised how clear and clean it sounded. This harp bends like butter and has become my new favorite!|
|Up For the Challenge|
|Paul S. on 02/22/2019||The setup of the Torpedo harp really does make overblowing a real possibility. Bending is also much easier with this setup. Technique is essential, but the Torpedo makes it much easier to develop and practice that technique. A very precise harmonica.|
|Patrick R. on 03/03/2018||Excellent harp,the best for me, congratulations.|
