How fast do you ship orders?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Free shipping in the US usually takes 5-7 business days, with faster options available at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide using FedEx International Economy (8–10 days) or UPS Worldwide Saver (3–5 days).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, including PayPal Pay Later.
How fast do you ship orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 50 states. Free shipping is fulfilled by Usps and delivery takes about 5 to 7 business days. Usps delivers to Po boxes, Ups does not deliver to Po boxes. Besides free shipping we offer other options such as Ups ground, Usps priority for delivery within 2 business days, Ups 2nd day air for 2 day delivery and Usps Overnight for 24h delivery.
Please note that orders are dispatched within 24h after they are placed and that we don’t ship or deliver during the week end. For example if you place If you order on Monday your order will ship on Tuesday and then should be delivered with 5 to 7 business days if you select free shipping, 3 business days if you choose Usps priority, 2 business days if you choose Ups 2nd day air and 1 business day with Ups overnight.
If you live in a remote location one extra business day might be needed. If you place your order on Friday it will ship on Monday. IF you place your order on Thursday with overnight delivery it will ship on Friday and be delivered on the following business day so Monday not Saturday.
International shipping:
For international shipping we offer 2 options:
1 – Fedex international economy that delivers anywhere in the world within 8 to 10 business days
2 – Ups worldwide saver for 3 to 5 business days
Remote areas might take a few extra business days
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number

Do you offer international shipping?
We ship harmonicas all over the world in a timely manner!
The price varies based on your location and the shipping option you select
It starts with USPS slow international around $14.90 depending on your location
The option we currently recommend for any International order is Fedex Economy
It is pretty fast, Fedex handles customs on your behalf and is very safe
Our fastest option is DHL starting at around $35 and up (again depending on your location) and can deliver as quickly as in 3 business days.

Can I return my harmonica?
Due to health concerns related to the use of Harmonicaland’s products, Harmonicaland has a NO RETURN POLICY. If you receive the wrong product or a clearly defective product, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT. Instead, contact Harmonicaland immediately at +1 800-931-3720 to speak with a customer service representative. Harmonicaland retains sole authority to discern whether you have used the product you claim was incorrect or defective and may deny your attempt to return or exchange the product on that basis. Please note that shipping charges (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable. There will be a minimum $9.90 processing fee that will be deducted from any refund to cover Harmonicaland’s costs to process your initial order. In the event Harmonicaland accepts a return and the item needs cleaning, a $25 cleaning fee will be deducted for each diatonic harmonica, and a $49.90 cleaning fee will be deducted for each chromatic or tremolo harmonica.
